Another portrait! WOOOO.
I wanted to do Joan Jett because it seemed fun, and my mom really likes her. So I was going to be all, "HEY LOOK WHAT I DREW." xD Plus, Joan Jett is awesome.
Took a long time to do, I lost track because I put it away for about a month out of frustration. Done with a black Prismacolor pencil, a 7mm mechanical pencil, and a regular HB pencil with some white Prismacolor pencil highlights.
